DELIVERY:
Item will be dispatched within 1-3 days after receiving cleared payment (only cowhides, not purse since it takes a little time to manufacture them. In case if the purse is in stock then the same shall apply to it)
RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
- Please contact us within 14 days after receipt of the item for return or exchange.
- Item should be returned in the exact & original packing, unused and inlaid.
- Buyer will pay the shipping charges and shipping charges will be deducted from the payment.

In case of any problem or case, please DO NOT leave us a negative feed back over before communicating with us as there is always a possibility of error or misunderstanding. So please let us know your concerns or problems and we will definitely take care of it but in case of negative feed back we would be unable to complete the refund process.
