For your convenience Cow Hide Crafts accepts PayPal. Moreover we also accept payment through Western Union and Money gram.
“Where can I look for information on the order I placed?”
Once you confirm and place the order, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to your email which you used. That will include details like, the price of each item, delivery time, your order number, shipping charges etc.

You can log into your account (if you have created one while placing your order) by clicking on the “My Account” icon.
From “My Account” Page, you can track your orders, downloads and wish-listed items as well.
“Can I make a change after I have placed my order?”
Once an order is placed it is considered final. But you can change or cancel it within 24 hours by getting back to us with your order number or invoice copy. However, after 24 hours we would be unable to fulfill it as all is automated via system.

“How long will it take to receive my order?”
Standard delivery orders will arrive in 4 to 15 business days. Shipment via expedited services like DHL or Fedex. However, we also offer standard service charges which may takes 15 – 21 days to deliver at your address. So if you are interested in them then please contact us.
Return Or Exchange
Incase of return or Exchange;
Item has to be sent back to the place of origin parcel shipped from and shipping back charges will be paid by the customer. Contact us within 3 days/72 hours of parcel delivery.
Shipping charges paid at the time of order which is US$ 19 is non-refundable.
If any custom/import duty applied on return/exchange, will also be paid by customer.
SPECIAL NOTE
Please note that our purse pictures depicted are for reference only. Since all the cowhides are different in every aspect, characteristics, quality, color combination and styles so please expect a little change in original.
Moreover, our Cow Hide Rugs are all pure, natural and original as seen in the pictures. Customer will receive the exact same product, no substitution or alteration unless out of stock but will be done only after buyers choice and confirmation. There may be some impurities, holes and baldness at some points in few hides but once they are in use and laid down, not easily determined unless closely inspected.
