Welcome to Cowhide Crafts. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our posted Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund policies. Please read them before purchasing.
PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Natural leather and cowhide can vary in color, pattern, texture, and markings, so the item you receive may differ slightly from the photographs. Please review product details, available options, and any made-to-order information before placing your order.
We may contact you if information is needed to complete an order or if an item is unavailable. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including when there is a pricing error or we cannot fulfill it. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for that order.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices and any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before you submit your order. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. Shipping is free for most destinations, but charges may apply to certain regions, including New Zealand and the Virgin Islands. Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Delivery usually takes 6–9 working days after dispatch, excluding order-preparation time. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers or customs. We usually use a duty-paid shipping service, but if customs duties, import taxes, or other charges are imposed upon delivery, the customer is responsible for them. Please read our Shipping Policy for more information.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery by emailing cowhidecrafts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. Do not send an item back until you have received return approval and instructions. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for return, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Please read our Return and Refund Policy for the full terms.
SHIPPING PROBLEMS
If a shipment is delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us at cowhidecrafts@gmail.com with your order number so we can review the issue. Our Shipping Policy describes the assistance and future-order discount we offer for shipping-transit issues. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
WEBSITE USE
You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information. Product photographs, descriptions, branding, and other website content belong to Cowhide Crafts or their respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission, except as allowed by law.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PRIVACY
Our store may use third-party services, including payment and shipping providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on our website will show its last-updated date. Changes will not take away rights that apply to orders already placed under applicable law.
