Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery.

To request a return, email cowhidecrafts@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send an item back before receiving return approval and instructions.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs & any duties imposed. The return address may vary by shipment, so we will provide the correct return address and return instructions after reviewing your request.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued within 5 business days. Refunds are processed according to the approved return decision and the original order details.
