Shipping policy

Cowhide Crafts ships worldwide. Shipping is free for most destinations, but charges may apply to certain regions, including New Zealand and the Virgin Islands. Any applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery times
Delivery usually takes 6–9 working days after dispatch. This does not include the time needed to prepare your order. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.

Customs duties and taxes
We usually ship using a duty-paid service. However, if customs duties, import taxes, or other charges are imposed upon delivery, the customer is responsible for paying them.

Shipping problems
If your shipment is delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us at cowhidecrafts@gmail.com with your order number so we can review the issue. We do not offer a cash reimbursement for these shipping-transit issues; instead, we offer 25% off a future order. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
